Associated Family and Life Services, LLC provides home and community based support to exceptional adults, children and families.  We focus on services that target the following: 1) preventing family disruption and re-entry into placement and hospitalization and 2) seeking permanence for those who are unable to re-enter their home and/community origin. AFLS promotes practical, community alternative services that work to divert consumers away from out-of-home care, and/or to seek permanence in a manner that is needs-driven, strengths-based, comprehensive, and service-oriented.

6. Help establish a method to allow family members to experience a sense of self-worth and self-purpose.
7. Assist families in navigating potential multi-agency barriers.
8. Build positive working relationships with area professional(s).
9. Assist adults with independent living.
10. Partner with other service agencies.
