Case Management

Our Case Managers are armed with the information (current information) that is critical to construct an effective service plan, including but not limited to crisis plans and intervention(s). Because of this knowledge, we are able to empower clients and those involved in their plan and make informed decisions. Through our Case Management services, we are able to link clients to individual and family therapy, life skills development, employment services, boarding schools, emotional growth programs, other therapeutic programs, residential treatment, behavior modification programs, psychiatric hospitalization, psychiatric services, counseling, psychotherapy, psychological testing, and an additional array of services.
